Hi, I’m Colleen – a Registered Dietitian and food enthusiast. My mission is to teach people how to eat healthfully without stress, worry, or fear. Diet culture has negatively impacted our outlook on health and food, and I am here to reverse everything you have learned thus far. Healthy eating does not have to be boring, and around here, no foods are ‘off-limits’. I will teach you how food works in your body, how to support your metabolism, and how to enjoy your favorite foods while losing weight.
