After completing my Bachelor’s Degree at Texas Christian University, and my Master’s Program at Loyola University Chicago, I have all of the information that you need to know about food, metabolism, and losing fat. With my guidance, you will find yourself eating more (in the best way) and stressing less about food on a daily basis. I am here to educate and work with you in ending the cycle of chronic dieting, and to help you to start living your best unrestricted life!
